Training and Hiring Concepts
Our training concept is to hire specific janitors for specific jobs. Although all of our janitor are trained in all areas, we might, for example, place one janitor to clean restrooms, and cleaning the restrooms in that building will then be the sole responsibility of that janitor. We also use this system for trashing, vacuuming, and dusting. Each janitor placed in a specific facility will be trained on the job for that facility. Our lead janitors and Quality Control Supervisors train our janitors for a period of three months. We train them in various aspects of our cleaning processes, and in using chemicals for carpet spotting or for disinfecting. Additionally, janitors and supervisors are trained to spot problems, and troubleshoot when necessary or needed.
